Questions

• Is there a way to refund all registrations for a cancelled event?  Not at this time.
• Are refunds reflected in reporting? Yes.The Revenue Report will always show the miscellaneous credits along with all other transaction information.
• Is there a report to show all out-of-balance registrations? Yes, the Out of Balance report shows everything out of balance organized by registration date.
• Can you add new payment types on the Adjust Balance page? No, the payment types on this page are hard-coded into the system. The “Misc” items can be used any kind of credit or debit. Be sure to record the reason and registration number in the Adjustment Description field.
